This hotel is situated near popular shopping centers and eating places. The staff is always smiley and helpful. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities like instructions in English and Thai and have clean bathrooms, with 24/7 operation staffs at the front desk to assist you.

There are too many posters in the room threatening fines if anything is damaged, which can make you feel uncomfortable during your stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful with giving me travel instructions in both English and Thai. The hotel is also in a convenient location, close to shopping centers and eating places. Additionally, the breakfast had a nice variety of options.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in my room as well as the free parking. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. the pool was an additional advantage that I enjoyed, giving me a chance to refresh after a long day.

My experience was marred by some downsides. the room lacked basic amenities like proper lighting and a hair dryer.
